Vin NNumbers

Just bought car and started working on it. Found vin number on door which matches 1981 reg. .startes with V44 then 7 more numbers. Fender tag reads SO 4numbers ; num 4 numbers Bdy V49 Trm P5Y Pnt AAA.. If I type reg number into allpars decoding site says not enough numbers. Can I find numbers any where else on 1964 barracuda . I have not tore seats apart to look for build sheet yet.
