Which option for most improved pwer delivery?

Hi guys, thought i'd check some opinions.
My Dart runs a mild 360 with 9.0 compression (at best) cam is 262 grind
(218/224@50) and runs thru open 3.23 rear end.

Which of the following options do you think will bring the most improvement and get me into the 13s?

a) KB107 pistons to get 10.0 comp + 268 comp cam grind

b) Change the convertor out to a 2200rpm stall

c) Change rear end to 3.55 with suregrip (used on the stret a lot so, no deeper gears)

d) Leave as is and bolt ona set of drag radials!

All of the above is possible, but cash flow requires incremental improvement:thumbup:
