I have used Tri-City Plating before and I highly recommend them. I got a price from them to do the bumpers on my cuda and it is exactly what they quoted you.
As for the grill surrounds, let me get back on this. I have a lead on a gentleman in Pa. that does a small number of sets over the winter months as a hobby and he's VERY reasonable from what I've been told. I'll be calling him soon to see if I can get in on this seasons go-around.
