Why didn`t you like the Demon, having problems with getting mine dialed in, e-mailed Bigs, want to try something different before I take it to chasis dyno
 
I couldn't get mine dialed in either, the fuel curve was way off the mark for my motor. It made good power but I couldn't get it leaned out. Just give Jessie a call 715 835 3726.
 
Can you run those bigs carbuerators on the street or they just for the serious racer?
 
oh yeah, this carb should be as responsive as my 950 was. Scotty said his is like fuel injection. Besides my right foot is alway's on the floor, just different pedals sometimes. :thumrigh:
 
It seems like Bigs is the way to go. I've only got to experience one of his carbs (on Chads car) and I must admit it was great right out of the box. When I get to the point of needing another carb, Bigs is the route I'm going.
 
Thanks for Jessie`s phone number, called him he thinks he can dial in my King Demon without me having to buy another carb, seems like alot of people I have talked to don`t like Demon carbs. I going out to the garage to take mine off this weekend and ship it to BIGS, thanks again now I can spend the extra money on some quieter mufflers.
 
The good thing is once he looks at it and plays with it and for some reason it's not just perfect when you get it back he will be able to help you tune it over the phone. You made a smart decision :thumrigh:

Do this, call Jessie just for the heck of it. I'll bet about the only other vendor you can call that will give you as much attention as Jessie might be Calvert racing. They are top notch too. One more vendor that ranks up there with me is Bogart wheels. Rich Bogart is a cool guy. They call when they say they will and do what they say they will. Remember guy's< you don't have to buy a Big's carb to get better performance. He also does work on your current set up if your budget doesn't allow for a new carb right now. I personally like the tech help I get on the phone the most. Do be hesistant to call Jessie, he won't pressure you or try and sell you. You'll get good advice and you'll feel comfortable with him instantly. I'm pretty picky about who I do business with, I tried another carb guy and after the 3rd phone call I was all done with him. I guess I needed a drag racing degree to belong to that club :roll: I'm no expert but one thing you never do to a client is remind them of that. Jessie's got that part figured out and that's why his business is growing. Plus he found a big mouth like me to spread the word, you can't buy that kind of advertising anywhere.

Now that I got Jessie all buttered up, he'll put that special little tweak here and there on my Dominator. :D :D :D LOL

all kidding aside, I put my reputation on what I just said! :thumrigh:
 
I was impressed felt very comfortable talking with him not like talking to Barry Grant, I`m looking forward to see what he can do for me.
