The difference is in the lifter angle. The angle straightens out the push rod. This will change exactly how it goes up on angle. The rod will be placed in a slightly different manor.

The heads have clearances for the changed pushrod angle. They'll use the same rocker arms IIRC, there all the same. The pushrod length should be checked. It think thats the big IT on them.
