Restoring mid console

Hi guys,

I am about to purchase mid console for my Demon. None of the looks 'show condition'. Tough! I guess this is the part that actually people use and (sometimes abuse).

I am asking if anyone can give me reference of people / company that does restoration. Perhaps specialist like Wards for vintage radios.

Any input will be useful.
