1971 Duster Door hinge help

Hi everyone. This is my first help post, as I recently purchased my first Mopar, a 1971 Duster! :toothy8:

I bought it in Oregon, and the kid gave me a door pin and bushing kit he had bought but never put in. Both the driver door, and passenger door sag a little, and don't line up properly.
I removed the doors, replaced the upper pin and bushing, but the lower hinge pin insert, is not big enough to receive the bushing, yet with only the pin it still has some slop in it, with some wiggle room. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I drill/bore our the hinge hole to fit the bushing for a tighter fit on the pin?

I also noticed when I removed the hinges from the door, that the bracket inside the doors, are loose (2 bolts go in the top bracket, 3 in the bottom). Do these brackets usually float loosely inside the door? Is this for fine adjustments on height?

When I completely shut the door, and it rests on the striker, it sits where it should. But as soon as they are opened, the door-fender gap narrows, and come very close the hitting, and as well as dropping about half an inch in the back near the quarter panel, after being released from the striker.

Sorry for the long post... spent many frustrating hours on this yesterday with little/no results:banghead:... Any help/input would be greatly appreciated.
