you are righgt about the mods to do to the house!. first thing to do is get a friggin pool table in the basement, seal the walls and floors in the bas, iement, and since i have alot ofconcrete want to expand the front porch, take it to the side of the house, and do both porches and driveway in pavers on a 4 inch concrete foundation
