I would love to make it factory correct but I don't think I could stand driving it in the f8 dark metallic green with the rear stripe delete option. I haven't totally ruled it out though...
I thought the same thing when I got my 70 Dart Swinger 340. It was originally two tone F4 green body and F8 green top with a two tone green interior! Thought it would be too much green, but now that I have a few of the parts painted those colors, it has really grown on me. Helps that my wife, who is very supportive of my projects, has green as her favorite color. (Might have something to do with her maiden name being 'Greenwood'?!)Ben.
