sounds like motor knock

Great news !
That is a horrible sound , and if you haven't heard it before , you expect puddles of oil on the ground and parts hanging out of the oil pan.
Loctite blue is also a good plan....red is pretty extreme.
It will work , but sometimes likes heat to remove the bolt afterwards.
