We moved on to the lighting wiring last night. The tail and brake lighting was pretty simple. The wiring colors matched up from the dart and ram almost dead on! The headlight wiring took a little more work to figure out. The ram headlight switch sends a ground signal to turn the headlights on vs the dart sending a power signal. We had to run two power wires to the headlight bulbs where the ground wires were. Now they work like a charm! You can even use the flash to pass feature! Really cool I thought lol. Next is to figure out the wiper wiring. From looking at the wiring diagrams next to eachother, it looks like the intermittent feature is even going to work! That would be awesome! This has been an excellent learning experience. I hope others here will realize that this swap is pretty darn easy, and will try it themselves.
