Hood Mounted blinker

Read some posts about bad grounds with these hood mounted turn indicators, but if connection is fine, can bulb be replaced or do I need entire assembly? Removed bracket on '71 Scamp today and did not see where ground would have been. Any help would be great. View attachment IMAG0149.jpg
