Horsepower Guesses
I'd guess 250-280 depending on how well it's tuned
Dodgeboy summed it up. All LA 360's are real low compression. Mopar rated them at 8 to 8.5 to 1 but when checked you'll find most are in the 7's due to lousy machining tolerances. And that cam is real small but it's a good match for a real low compression engine. Now don't think it's gonna be a dog just cause it's not real high hp cause 360's, even low compression ones are known for good torque. I've seen 3400 lb. A-bodies run mid 13's with a setup like yours.
Where to buy parts:
Summit, JEGS, Hughes engines, Mancini's, IMM engines, MRL performance just to name a few
One real easy way to up the hp and torque is a head swap. The RHS heads (available from many sources such as IMM engines, MRL Performance, Hughes engines) will bolt right on, use stock rockers, and gaskets and offer a real nice improvement due to increasing the compression and air flow. Gotta have a good strong bottom end though or it won't last long.
