considering a 72 scamp

Drove the scamp from Brooklyn out to my folks lake house in Hopatcong NJ. 100+ miles round trip. Did really well! 20mpg average (based on my gps, the speedo is busted), it used a lot of coolant (need to instal an overflow tank) but it felt amazing to put the miles on it. Me and my lady then drove around on the winding country roads, bought some fishing rods and did some fishing. Also scored a really nice old bench vice and some new speakers for the scamp for 45bucks at a garage sale! Awesome weekend!
