To Ride or Drive...

Ok... well I guess I'll address the wife/girlfriend issue first...

Some of you say it's about being a real man and committing to a woman that is having your child. Thats your view and thats respected, it's not mine however.
I'm looking at the entire situation like do I want to marry her eventho I dont know if I want to spend the rest of my life with her.
Not to sound cynical or anything, but marriage is like death, it should only happen once. I dont want to put our kid thru a divorce, and I dont want to put it thru an unhappy marriage either. Getting married for any other reason other than loving the other half more than you could imagine anything else and not only wanting,but asking, to spend the rest of your life with that person is the most foolish thing I have ever heard. So in short, all of your oppinions are respected, but It's pretty disrespectful to come into a thread about selling or NOT selling a motorcycle and start popping off at the mouth about putting a ring on her finger knowing that you don't know a damned thing about anything...


Now, about the bike/car.
That was what I said to her tonite, we can ALL enjoy the car. The bike is something for two, IF we both have the time and sitters.

BTW, she teared up when I mentioned selling the bike. It was her first bike to ride on and she got to do it with me. But she likes the idea of cruising on the weekends to car shows and stuff like that. So either way she said she'd be happy, as long as there is some sort of activity that involves motors and such.
