Found a local 360 for sale

Hello all, Like the title states, I found a local 360 for sale. Here's what the seller sent me. What do you all think this is worth?

"Shes actually still unassembled. I have the 360 block bored .30 over. Hyper pistons, forged rods, cast crank, all balanced and cleaned up by the machine shop. I have a Miloden high flow fuel pump, deeper pan, high flow water pump, 750 Demon carb, full ARP bolt kit, full gasket set, J heads that need to be cleaned up. All parts except rockers, push rods, and intake manifold."
