You do NOT want to do this. There ARE folks that have been caught, and the fines are tremendous.
Something you need to realize is that the FCC no longer has manned monitoring stations that I'm aware of. But they DO have scattered REMOTE CONTROL monitoring sites, and ya just never know......................................
