67 Fastback folding seat hinge???

The rear seat hinges have big square holes where you put the bolts through to bolt it down.Does a spacer of some sort go into the square holes?If so does anyone have a picture of the spacers?

I also need a passenger side hinge and possibly 4 spacers,so I can test fit my rear seat..
