Jerry, SeaFoam has been around for quite a while, and has a very good reputation. It should get your 340 lubed up well.

I'll put some MMO in just before I dump the oil again.. and run it easy ...

that mmo is so thin like water. don't want to dilute the oil too much... and take out the bearings >> I do love getting on this old girl and rev her LOL !!:burnout::burnout::burnout:
