How does oil get to rockers

I am building a 400 stroker with a solid roller cam and solid lifters. How does the oil get to the rockers and springs?
 
On top of the standard oiling as shown above, you can also go with oil thru lifters that port oil thru the push rods. This will help lubricate and cool the higher stress areas where the pushrods contact the rocker arms. This is what I plan on doing.
 
Shortly after posting my question I noticed just a few questions below mine this same diagram and it all clicked. Afterwards I figured I would get this same diagram as an answer. Thanks
 
Plus we make High quality oil thru solid roller lifters. And the feed pressurized oil to the roller instead of the "I hope that oil trickling down there gets to the roller" like the rest of the Mopar lifters out there.
