The tear-down of Jake's 65 begins....

Kind of took a different direction this week.. was going to thrash on the rest of the body work since I'm off all week, but decided to tackle the front suspension and hang with Jake's lil bro and sis...gotta spread the love, ya know...

So as of this morning, the front suspension is done, scarebird's conversion has begun - still need to re-drill the rotors for the 5x4's... Drilling the studs out of the hub to put the longer ones in wasn't too terrible of a job... drilled the heads off from the back side and pushed them out thru the front to keep from screwing the holes up with the swedges.... Hope to have the rear brakes functional via the park brake by tomorrow sorolling it out of the garage and into the driveway (inclined) is not so scary...........
