The tear-down of Jake's 65 begins....

The original 273 is froze/stuck. If the bottom end is salvagable, we'll save it and use a pair of early 80's 318 heads that are already done and edelbrock intake (that we still need to send to Leanna). If it is too far gone, I have a '69 318 out of my Wanna-Bee project that will go in it. Either way, small cam, 4 barrel carb, maybe Dakota/Durango exhaust manifolds. The rear has 3.23 gears in it.

Rear brakes are now on and functional between my last post and this one.... Time to play with the little kids before Jake getshome from soccer and the orthodontist... The it's off to the mall and game room/arcade for the afternoon.........
