...............U need to pull the pan,pull the v b..... put the linkage back in properly and adjust the clearance.....make sure the screw is catching the tab so it wont go past......kim......
Yep, the lever is out of position where it is supposed to contact the throttle pressure valve.
It's not a big deal and you may get away with just pulling the TP lever loose by removing the e clip, pull it down a little and reposition it where it goes.
