Yes, very well. The one thing I would have to have a machinist look at is the max valve lift of the head you have. In general, a slight amount of work may be needed to accept the larger lift. Maybe even the valve springs seat area. I do not know if springs are included in that package deal. If not, just have Summit include them in the package.

Also, lastly, mill the head down for a little more compression since your 318 is more likely on the low side, possibly even sub 8-1.
