T56 magnum install 69 Cuda

Is it possible to elongate the transmission mount holes in the bracket to shift the tranny backwards or forwards slightly for a better fit?

That is certainly possible. I am just no familiar enough about the location of the big part of the transmission, and whether there would be clearance issues. These parts fit pretty tight to the Ford spec T-56 Magnum transmission. Hope this helps. Thanks!! Todd
