What torsion bars is everyone using w a new hemi?

Totally disagree. I run 1" Just Suspension bars in my Duster. If anything, I'll upgrade them to 1.03's or 1.06's in the future because they're a little on the soft side for me.

As far as bars for the hemi, anything in the .96- 1.03" range will be just fine. If you're looking for a softer ride, go with .96". If you're looking for better handling, go up to 1.03".

+1 I have the Just Suspension 1" bars on my Duster (360 with iron Magnums) as well and the ride isn't bad at all even with worn-out shocks but the handling is WAYYY better than with stock T-bars esp. at high speeds. They would work great on a car with a new Hemi.
