68 Dart GT being auctioned
I sent them two messages on that car being a 67 and probably a VIN swap and they didn't care. Their response was:
This is a seized vehicle. As such, it is offered with it's
current state registered VIN. It is sold as/is where is and it is
up to bidders to do proper due diligence as to whether this asset
meets their needs/requirements. Whether someone buys this to
show, drive or only needs it as a parts car is not relevant to
the seller. Thank you for your information. If it does not meet
your requirement, I would not expect you to bid on it.

What really bothers me is that they did not publish the question to the auction. All bidders are hidden so there is no way to notify them. I'd be extremely pissed off if I had a 67 that had been stolen....
