Turbo 383 in a A-body Barracuda

Well I hope you can get to that without pulling the Windshiled and Dash. I used an entire tube of bedding compound to install that windshield, its definitely in there! I used All-Metal filler in the factory seam on top of the cowl. I had removed all the lead in all the seams to weld them solid. Looks like you may be able to cut the top of the cowl panel and get in there to replace that bad spot. Doesn't look to be real bad in those photos!

Do some research on that seam location. It runs from just under the lower corner of the windshield about 3 inches and makes a 45 degree turn towards the fender.
