If pics are too big, open them in paint and resize them to 40%.
Use "advanced tab" for posting and then click on the paperclip to add pictures. Locate pictures on your hard drive to post and add them. Then close the paperclip tab and when you reclick on it again, you will be able to pick the pictures to post or "post all".
