Yeah, sometimes it depends who the victim is, not just what happen..like some people are more important then others, ugh..why I don't agree with hate crime laws. All victims of crime should be look at the same

Maybe cool is the wrong word but no, I don't agree driving drunk and having an accident is the same as murder...well it depends, if they jump the sidewalk and mow down people waiting for a bus...but still, you get these old people who drive and kill somebody and they don't get hit with 2nd murder.
I like laws to be fair and equal, if they want to hit people with 2nd degree murder for drunk driving accidents, then charge EVERYBODY who is at fault in a fatal accident with 2nd murder, why should the fact they are drunk matter...what about the guy who flies through a red light while sober...in fact, that is more deliberate isn't it ?
