Stereo for my '67 Barracuda

Great suggestions guys. I can do without the CD's and the head unit maud'dib15 suggested looks great. If I go with an under seat unit like this:

What do I do about the hole in the dash? Put an old AM in there? Cover it up? I saw a guy who had his stereo in a custome console and had switches in the holes where the old stereo was but I only have 1 extra switch I could add for fog/ driving lights. Any ideas?
