Anyone have extremely stupid neighbors?

You guys got me laughing soo hard i'm crying!!! I too have seen lots [rigged/ okie stuff!!] When I was a teen and just getting into cars, I too did my share !! That is one hilarious forum !!!!!!! Thanks Every body !!
