Anyone have extremely stupid neighbors?

Hey wish you luck on that renting thing d55dave.. I know what you mean i worked for a lady, a while back and it was cleaninng her rental houses, after the renters moved out... Lets say that sucked a**. One house was in a nice neighborhood, it was okay, i first painted the entire outside of the house, then redid the cabinets(previos renters thrashed it) painted the inside and patchedqreplaced some drywall.. When i got to the bathroom, it was hell.. The toilet messsed up on them, so the intelligent renters decided it was okay to sh** inside the bathtub... It was full to the top of piss and chit, it smelled awful the moment i walked into the hallway, that same day she called a septic truck, and i quit.. I told her later on i wasnt gonna be doing that for what she paid me.. Hope all goes well for you.
