Anyone have extremely stupid neighbors?

I bought a /6 duster a few years ago(ok,it was the eighty's) for a winter beater.The accelerator pump was trashed .He ran a hose from the washer tank to a port on the carb so when ya had to step on it you would have to push the washer button.It got old pretty quick.Amazing what a 10.00 carb kit can fix.Oh and he was a mechanic
at our school bus garage.
