Cleaning steering wheel?

Heres the same center painted with a vinyl dye in a can from Mopaints. They were in business a long time, and the owner was an interior dye specialist that worked at Chrysler during the time these cars were manufactured. I believe he has passed away as I haven't seen him in a couple of years, and the last time I did he was not looking well!! Geof
