How much HP can a 77 360 block handle?

Maybe time to search for an R3 block,before something really expensive happens.Ask me how I know LOL.I,m on my 2nd 410 build,but using a 73 360 block.My 1st was a 77 block that I hydrauliced(spelling??):banghead:
