Help! Need help with Barracuda Windshield!!!!

Please post up some pics of your windshield frame repair so we can understand the extent of it. As far as other ideas, the following questions come to mind:

Is this a replacement windshield or OEM? If replacement, do they measure the same?

Are you using the original weatherstrip or new? You should be able to measure the "solid" thickness portion of that weatherstrip, i.e., the distance on the weatherstrip between the inner surface of windshield groove and the inner surface of the flange groove. That answer x 2 plus the windshield height should tell you where you are at. If using a new weatherstrip, does it more or less match the OEM?

Finally, assuming you have the right parts and your frame is correct, are your guys correct in the conclusion that it doesn't fit? I mean, these windshields are not exactly easy to install, particularly if using an old weatherstrip as these can get pretty hard and inflexible with age.

Note, I have not yet reinstalled mine yet and so can't speak to the experience of having done it. I do know it was not easy to remove as I was trying to save both the OEM windshield and OEM weatherstrip.
