Air shocks..why?

I don't even know if i am gonna use the SS springs because I heard that they lift the rear of the car up after installed. And like I said earlier I want my ride height after the mini tub and bigger tires, to be level. Even a lil tuck. I've heard guys even de-arching the springs to get the rear end lower.
