65 Barracuda Pro Touring project

Sorry about all the questions but one problem I was having is figuring out the backspace on the front wheels. Did you go off the measurements that RMS suggests? First off they told me that 17x8's would not work and rub like hell. Glad I found someone who has actually did it first hand. I appreciate the help, it will save me a lot of grief.
