6.1 cylinder head bolt tq specs

Im removing one cylinder head as we want to double check my piston to valve clearance with my custom grind cam.

Am I right in assuming the M12 bolts are torque to yield and the M8 bolts are not?

That seems to be what the spec sheet posted here is saying....
