ac or not? and if it has a high-mount power steering pump then it wont be for a car. ive seen trucks come either way, and cars have the p/s pump mounted lower. itll also matter if you have a 100 amp or a 60 amp squareback alternator, and what crank pulley youre running and if it has that goofy idler pulley on the lower passengers side. i did something similar in my chrysler, it has a 77 truck motor in it. i converted it to a squareback alternator with a non-a/c water pump pulley (which was a NIGHTMARE to find in the junkyard), low mount p/s pump (luckily it already had it) and a 2 groove crank pulley. its as close to a 72-74 non a/c car setup as i could get. post up some pics that would help greatly.
