I bought that same reciprocating Scat kit from Brian at IMM.
I used the "63cc" Edelbrock head.
With the 1008 Fel Pro gasket i'm at around 9.8 to 1 compresion measured. I could give it to you to the hundreth of a point but I don't have my notes handy.
IIRC, I have like .020-.025 quench.
I run the car on cheap Arco 91 octane california spec gas. Pings tiny bit with 34 degrees total advance. Have it set at 32. My Comp 274-S cam is pretty close to your Lunati
