Yes, it really doesn't matter what the head flows if the engine can ony access 250cfm! Too many guys want fully ported (300+cfm) heads because they think the engine will use that extra flow...when most times it won't.
That's why I don't like the current offerings being done on cnc's. Your stuck with the larges highest flowing port whether you need it or not!
