Courtesy Staging?

It's just that "courtesy". I believed it stems from pro classes back in the day trying to burn each other down.

Our track practices courtesy staging, but it is not a rule so you dont have to do it. Some guys like to double bulb the rookies as to throw them off their game. Not very sporting if you ask me. If you have to resort to those tactics your not much of a racer.

Best thing for a rookie is to just pay attention to your lights, you have enough to concetrate on, just try to be consistent each time, you will find you get better faster.
