Buffalo Burger (from the book 'Burger Bar'). Bison burger mixed with chopped onion and thyme cooked in merlot, ciabatta bun, sliced Granny Smith apple (cooked in butter and dusted with brown sugar), tomato slice, water cress, gruyere cheese.
