The drivers side jamb door latch had cracked at some point and the bolt was welded to the body. I cut them out (on both sides) and installed the Door Jamb Repair Kits from Dynamic Renovations http://www.dynamicrenovation.net/
They had to be modified for a convertible because they didnt have a cutout for the plastic sliders
