I can tell you when I started out the only thing I had was credit. I did not have 2 nickels to rub together and that is No Lie. Married 2 Kids working a Union Construction Job for 13 years living paycheck to paycheck not knowing how I was gunna pay all the bills. I quit that job in less than 1 year and have worked for myself ever since.
Flipping those houses and working my regular job was 80-100 hours per week. You need to commit is all I can say. I did not see my family much for that first year.
