That won't work as you said you have a 5 pin ECU free, and the above is for 4 pin. A 5 pin ECU MUST use a 4 pin resistor
Now there is one thing: You can NOT tell a 4 pin from a 5 pin by looking, because SOME 4 pin boxes have 5 pins!!!! Of course the pin is not connected. Only way to tell is to meter the 5th pin to some of the others and find out if there's any continuity. Be careful not to get your fingers "in there" or the meter will be erroneously showing your body resistance.
