I think I got ripped off
I did also, because tracking on packages sent through all carriers, yes even the USPS, is now INCLUDED!! A simple search by him, or you if he gave you the tracking #, would surely help this situation along!! Ignoring the problem and the buyer helps no one!!
My opinion?? If you're not ready to follow the rules and follow through on your end of the bargain, then don't list anything for sale at all!! Service after the sale is part of the sale, even when it goes against you in the deal. You can't just take the money and not follow up when there's a problem!!!
Just ask ADHD426 about our 340 crankshaft deal to see how customer service after the sale should be handled!! Long story short... I was out the part (which turned out to be too far undersized to use), the money he paid for it that I refunded, including the shipping to get it to him, but I would do it again in a minute to make sure that my buyers receive parts that they need, and back up my end completely!! His response said it all... He had lost confidence in buying anything online, but my response to our problem had restored his trust in people, and we still message back and forth on things!! Made a friend that probably would've never happened if not for following through to the end!!!
