Dose the factory heater air box mount in the same holes onthe fire wall ?

Sorry What I wanted to know if I pulled out a factory air and heater box will a none heater box bolt in the same nounting holes on the fire wall

For pre 73 A-body the answer is no. For everything else under the sun, I dont know.
You'll get more complete answers if you ask more complete questions.
 
This should give you an idea of the difference. The sharpie marked circle is where I marked the non ac firewall to be cut when I converted my car to a factory ac car. The four smaller holes around the hole for the blower motor are where the non ac box mounts . As you can see with an ac car that area is gone. I guess you could fab up a plate to get you where you need.
